Condition 1 Fitness takes the training methods of combat sports and packages them into high-energy group fitness classes. You get the intensity of fighter conditioning — bag work, bodyweight circuits, and functional movement — without the sparring. It is the most effective workout you will ever try.
How Condition 1 Fitness Works
Assessment and Welcome
We start with a brief fitness assessment so coaches can scale exercises to your current level and track your progress.
Combat-Inspired Circuits
Classes combine striking on bags, bodyweight strength work, and conditioning drills in timed rounds just like a fighter trains.
Progressive Intensity
Every workout is scalable. Beginners and veterans train together with modifications so everyone pushes at their own appropriate level.
Measurable Results
You will see real changes in body composition, endurance, and strength within weeks. Our community keeps you accountable and motivated.
