Kickboxing
Our Kickboxing program teaches the striking fundamentals from Muay Thai and sport kickboxing in classes designed for all levels. You will develop powerful combinations, sharp footwork, and defensive head movement — all while getting one of the best cardio workouts available.
How Kickboxing Works
Striking Basics
We start with stance, guard, and the fundamental punches and kicks so every student builds a safe, effective foundation.
Combination Work
Classes progress to multi-strike combinations on pads and bags, building the fluid, fast striking that kickboxing is known for.
Defense and Footwork
You learn to slip, block, and use angles to make yourself a harder target while setting up your own attacks.
Sparring (Optional)
Students who want to test their skills can participate in supervised, safe sparring sessions with proper gear and clear guidelines.
